Originally from the Okanagan, I didn't get started tattooing until I moved to Saskatchewan at the end of 2003. As a self taught artist I linked myself to a 30 year tattoo veteran, out of the Rising Sun Tattoo Studio in Mississauga, Ont. While working from Rising Sun I received an award for International recognition for my portrait work at the NIX convention held in Toronto. After almost 4 years working out of Rising Sun I realized I loathed Canadian winters and relocated to Bucerias, Mexico where I opened my own tattoo studio. Being in a tourist destination has allowed me to guest spot in many locations across Canada during the summer. Coming to the end of my tour I met the Freedom Family and realized this is my home away from home. So I am honored to have been invited back for the entire summer of 2010.

I consider myself a diverse artist who is constantly trying new things while still referring back to the styles of the Great Ones. The thing I like most in tattooing is getting to hear the unique and creative ideas of customers, which inspires me to put those ideas to paper then skin.
I believe I gained the best of both worlds by being able to spend September through June tattooing from my own studio, Bucerias Tattoos, located Ave. las palmas, next to the royal decameron in Bucerias Mexico (20 min north of puerto vallarta), and then July and August tattooing from Freedom Piercing and Tattoos located in Vernon.
